Introduction

Understanding your risk of facing deportation or immigration-related consequences can help you make informed decisions and take proactive steps to safeguard yourself and your family. This guide will help you assess your risk by answering questions across various categories. At the end of the guide, you will calculate a score that indicates your risk level.

This is a self-assessing guide that you can complete offline. you don’t need to submit any information to us.

Instructions:

  1. Answer the questions in each section honestly and thoroughly.
  2. Assign the corresponding score for each answer based on the instructions.
  3. Sum the score of all questions in a section and multiply it by the section score
  4. Sum up all section scores to determine your risk level.
  5. Use the recommendations provided based on your risk level.

Risk Levels

  • Low Risk: Below 50 points
  • Moderate Risk: 50 to 100 points
  • High Risk: Above 100 points
